All Custom Dessert Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Any orders placed within 2 weeks or less up to event date are subject to a Rush Fee of $50 or more. (Please be Advised that this fee is based on Seasonality and Availability) All Event Bookings must booked 3 weeks or more in advance. All Events and Custom Dessert Orders can be booked with a Non-Refundable Deposit.
A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is due at the time of booking. An order is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. All final payments are due 1 week before the event date on All orders. There are no Refunds for special events cancelled within 48 hours, they can only be credited towards a later date, or another service offered.
All paid in full orders will receive a Confirmation Email that will include Time Slots and Pickup/ Delivery Address within 24 to 48 hours prior to event date. It is very important that the times/date/address are confirmed once you receive the email. If you are more than 15 minutes LATE without Notice for your order PICK UP, then a $15 late fee each accrued 30 minutes will be due before you can receive your order. For DELIVERIES, owner is not responsible for incorrect addresses or client absences at the delivery site. You will be required to pick up your order and the delivery fee will be non-refundable. A Cake Care Guide is attached to all Custom Cake Boxes at the time of Pick up therefore the Owner is not responsible for damages once order has been picked up. If you will not be the person picking up your order, then you must provide the name and contact information for that person.
In the case of cancellations, Classes are non-Refundable, but can be credited towards other services offered. Once payments are confirmed, customer will receive a confirmation email with material list and scheduling. All Classes go LIVE starting the first week of April 2022. Customizations to class sizes and class parties are offered for an additional price. Please be sure to contact owner for additional questions.
